Sheriff Noel Stephen of the Okeechobee County Sheriff’s Office and Sheriff David Hardin of the Glades County Sheriff’s Office are proud to announce the 3rd Annual First Responders Hookin’ Specks for the Ranches Fishing Tournament. All proceeds support the Florida Sheriffs Youth Ranches.
First Responders Hookin’ Specks for the Ranches is a speckled perch fishing tournament involving First Responders, either active or retired Firefighters, Paramedics, EMTs, Law Enforcement, Dispatchers, Detention Deputies, Doctors, Nurses, and active duty, retired, and honorably discharged Military members. Auxiliary/Reserve/Volunteers of the previous professions are also allowed. There will be a Captain’s meeting on Friday, February 9, 2024, and the fishing tournament will be on Saturday, February 10, 2024 starting at Safe Daylight.
All events will be held at the Scott Driver boat ramp facility.
